Position Descriptions:
Bioinformatics Analyst
Theranostics Health has an immediate opening for an individual with bioinformatics expertise. This individual will work with a leading group of scientists and medical technologists formerly with the NIH and FDA to develop and implement analysis of micro array data to be used in the development of diagnostic procedures for the management of cancer.
This individual should have a M.Sc. in bioinformatics or biotechnology with an understanding of biological processes. Experience in parametric and non-parametric analysis, Kaplan Meier survival analysis and generation and interpretation of ROC curves is required. Two years or more of experience is required. Familiarity with image analysis or gene array analysis is an asset.
