About this event

In this series, we will learn 3 strategies to harness your energy to stay focus and maintain your productivity. We will learn to prioritize your tasks by exploring challenges in daily life, work, and personal life, learn evidence-based skills that aim to regulate your mind and body, to support you to stay focus and remain productive while participating in your meaningful work and personal activities.

Experiencing a wide range of emotions are a normal part of our everyday life and ignoring them can affect our physical and mental health well-being that could render us unproductive. This may be challenging when we are trying to stay productive to meet deadlines. Emotional Regulation Strategies help us effectively exert control over our emotions through a wide range of skills during these difficult times. We will learn to identify the triggers that evoke these emotions and develop strategies to stay productive and motivated.
