Postbac Seminar Series

Organizer: Gail Seabold, OITE

About this event

The Postbac Seminar Series provides a unique opportunity for three Postbacs each month to present their research to a diverse audience of their peers in a non-threatening and supportive atmosphere. While Postbacs often have the opportunity to present to expert audiences in lab meetings or at conferences, the Postbac Seminar Series gives you the opportunity to give a presentation to a non-expert audience-a potentially invaluable skill for graduate and professional school interviews (and beyond!).

This month's talks:

"Sex Differences in Mitochondrial Ca2+ regulatory proteins in MCU-WT mice" by Kavisha Silva, NHLBI

"Exploring the Influence of Moderate Temperature Exposure on Heat-Related Illness Hospitalization Risk" by Erin Liedtke, NIMHD

"Exploring the LPS Stimulated Interactome within Mouse Macrophages" by Matthew Marino, NIAID
