The NIH-SACNAS Chapter (Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science) would like to invite you to their next meeting.This month's meeting will focus on the power of networking in your career.

We know that sometimes it can be difficult to start networking at our workplace, scientific meetings or conferences and other venues. So, why is networking important? How do you start that conversation? Do I need networking as part of my career plans? Dr. Lori Conlan, Director of the Career Services Center and the Office of Postdoctoral Services, of the Office of Intramural Training & Education, will give a talk about the importance of networking and will provide you with some tools to do it effectively.
