Do you ever notice that you are reacting to all kinds of things in your life in a negative way?  Feeling dissatisfied, grumpy, out-of-sorts, or harshly critical of yourself and/or others?  Perhaps it’s time for a mental reset.  This week’s Wellness Wednesday will look at the effects of having a negative mindset and some of the ways to bring more positivity to your mind and your life.  We’ll talk about ways to “take in the good” and the benefits that this can bring to our health and our lives.  Feel free to bring your lunch – microwave is available!
