We all know that exercise benefits the body and reduces our vulnerability to various diseases, but did you know that there are several specific ways that exercise is good for your brain and your overall mental health?  Come to Wellness Wednesday this week and learn about 5 of these benefits and talk with others about how you can gain the gifts of being more active for yourself! Feel free to bring your lunch – microwave is available!
