Forgiveness is an important aspect of the human experience, but it is also often misunderstood.  It really isn't about "forgive and forget" and its major benefit is generally not for the person being forgiven.  In these difficult times, it is particularly timely to inquire into what forgiveness is and what it is not.  Come to Mindfulness Meditation this week to practice the 4 directions of forgiveness and experience the effects of this practice on yourself and others.
