What does "being/Being" mean?  There's being with a little "b," which involves taking time out from our constant doing.  And there's capital "B" Being that is a deeper, more profound experiencing of our own underlying essence.  Using the pauses embedded within the breath cycle during meditation can help us access the stillness, spaciousness, and restoration that is present when we rest in being/Being. Why not take 30 minutes for yourself to explore this?!
