During stressful times, it is easy to become even more wrapped up in our "worry" thoughts than usual (worry about all of the disruptions in our lives, worry about people we care about, worry about the future, etc.).  And it also becomes easy to pretty much ignore our body (except perhaps to feed ourselves "comfort food").  This Mindfulness Meditation session will focus on "Body Sensing" - a meditative practice that is soothing to the nervous system and helpful for bringing deep relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing to both the body and the mind. Come join us on Zoom for 30 minutes to let the worried mind rest and the body be nurtured!
