There is a growing body of research supporting the benefits of practicing gratitude, including creating more positive emotions, an increased ability to relish good experiences, improving health, dealing better with adversity, and building stronger relationships. In this very difficult year, it may be challenging to find things to be grateful for, but the struggles we are all going through is yet another good reason to do so.
