Although 2020 has ended, 2021 continues to bring many stressors. In the midst of great turbulence and uncertainty, there are meditative practices that can help us weather the storm.  Come join us for this Mindfulness Meditation session that is designed to quiet the body, calm the mind, and steady the heart.
