What is something that is always with you 24/7 that can be a great resource for counteracting the effects of stress, anxiety, or general overload? Answer: your own breath!  And learning how to use particular calming breathing practices in meditation can really come in handy when you are experiencing stress in everyday life.  Hope you can join us to learn this invaluable wellness skill and bring on the relaxation response – your body/mind will thank you!
