We often feel squeezed in on all sides by our goals, responsibilities, and to-do lists, and these days, we also feel a bit trapped in by the pandemic.  Learning how to tap into our inherent openness and spaciousness through meditation can help us view our lives through a larger landscape and perspective, which is helpful in responding to the challenges of being a human being.
