From our earliest years, we learn to look to others for affirmation and acceptance.  But always striving to obtain the next big accomplishment and gain approval can leave us with the nagging feeling that we are not (and never will be) enough, just as we are.  And yet, recognizing our fundamental value as a “human being” vs. a “human doing” is essential for overall wellbeing.  This week’s meditation will help us tap into this universal truth.
