A common complaint that we often hear (and say) is that “there is never enough time.”  Whether it’s due to tight deadlines or time constraints, we often feel time-pressured, time-starved, and generally under the gun when it comes to time!  Meditation can provide a different way of thinking about and experiencing time; one that can take us into the realm of Timelessness.  Come to meditation this week and learn about the science behind timelessness and, better yet, experience it for yourself!
