This week’s meditation will focus on a particular kind of body scan – “Enlivening the Body” – which taps into the body’s inherent energy flow.  We will use the metaphor of “turning on the lights” in the body-home to bring a sense of life and vitality to every part of the body. This meditation can be particularly helpful in the morning when we are moving from the state of sleep into embracing the day in front of us.  Or we can practice it in the late afternoon when our energies tend to flag a bit (much better for us than having another cup of caffeine). So take 30 minutes for yourself today and join us!
