Welcome to Fall! The change in seasons can be a good time to re-evaluate areas of our life that we want to adjust or goals we’d like to set for ourselves. These desired adjustments may be something small, like tweaking an existing habit. Or, perhaps it’s a bit bigger, like cultivating healthier relationship skills or building a new habit to better take care of ourselves. Either way, using effective tools to plan for and activate our goals makes us more likely to sustain our desired change over time. Join us this Thriving Thursday as we jump-start our fall with practical strategies to re-evaluate, set, and sustain our goals for more optimal well-being throughout this year.

This group will be facilitated by OITE Wellness Advisor Sara Hunter.
