NIH Postbac Program Application Webinar

Speaker: Natasha Lugo-Escobar, OITE

About this event

Come learn about the NIH Postbac Program! If you are a soon-to-be or recent college graduate interested in doing full-time research and planning to apply to graduate or professional school this is a great opportunity that can enhance your career. The webinar will cover eligibility criteria, application process, NIH resources, and tips on how to prepare a competitive application. You will also have the chance to ask questions about the program.

Applicants to the Postbac program should contact investigators after submitting their application to increase their chances on securing a position. Applications are reviewed by individual Principal Investigators (PIs) who select their own research team members and provide the funding to support them. There is no centralized selection process. Watch a video on how to find an NIH research mentor.

Find more information about how to apply on our Postbac Program page.
