PhD student or Postdoc positions now available for Fall 2023 researching Computational Disease Biology. This research sits at the crossroads of computational biology, data science, and epidemiology. Our work is 100% computational, using data sets generated by other people including health records data, genotype-phenotype multi-omics data, drug assays, biobank data. We have collaborations with computer scientists, epidemiologists, experimentalists.

Lowell is in greater Boston, and a short drive from the seashore and mountains.

Students should have computational experience and be excited to learn to visualize and model data sets using tools like R and Python, and packages like tensorflow/pytorch and Stan.
