Position Description:

Jecho Laboratories, Inc. (Jecho) is a biopharmaceutical company developing novel biologics, including monoclonal antibodies, cytokines, immunotoxins, and vaccines for the prevention and treatment of cancer, immune disorder and infectious diseases. The company is headquartered in Frederick City, Maryland, USA.

We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join our R&D team in Frederick, MD.  Qualified candidate should be passionate about discovering innovative medicine to contribute to our pipelines to fight various human diseases.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Initiate and lead new discovery projects based on in-depth knowledge of diseases and sound MOA of intervention strategy.
  • Move projects according to plan approved by senior leadership and communicate progress in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare reports for patent application, conference presentation, and publications, etc.

  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology in general and ideally with specialized focus on therapeutic area related discipline such as Oncology, Immunology, infectious diseases, etc.  0-5 years postdoc experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry experiments.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, attention to details, and keen awareness of timelines, able to perform with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good work ethics and must be a team layer.
  • Proficiency in computer software and lab instruments.
