We are a young international research team working on Dendritic cells and on the transcriptional regulation of lineage commitment. nidcr/investigators/roxane-tussiwand-phd
Looking for:
We are seeking for a highly motivated bioinformatician or a computer geek that loves coding, has a rational mindset and is not afraid of working with biologist and the fuzziness of biological samples.
Each candidate will be evaluated based on her/his knowledge, critical thinking, and coding skills.
Your tasks:
  • Integrate within the research group
  • Perform analysis of lab generated and public high throughput data
  • Be up to date with the latest literature in the field
  • Develop new algorithms and portals for data analysis
  • Work independently and together with the different team members.
  • The candidate will have her/his independent project and will be expected to lead and
    present it to the group and the scientific community.
