Mandatory Training: Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Trainee!

The OITE will be providing a new mandatory training for all trainees (IRTAs, CRTAs, and Visiting Fellows*) regarding their rights and responsibilities as trainees, especially around new policies at the NIH. The goal of these sessions is to provide trainees with information to make sure they are safe while at the NIH and know the policies and resources to set themselves up for personal and career success.

Title: Your Rights and Responsibilities as an NIH Trainee

Multiple Date Options: You only need to come to one session.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The mandatory training sessions for trainees scheduled for March have been canceled in accordance with NIH guidance for gatherings. We are currently exploring alternatives and will be in touch to help all of you meet this requirement.

NOTES:

  1. Please come to your session a few minutes early. Scanning the badges of hundreds of attendees takes time.
  2. Please bring your badge so it can be scanned to confirm your attendance; take the badge out of its holder so we can scan the bar code on the back.
  3. We will be scheduling two additional session in March in Bethesda & Shady Grove, dates TBA.
