Position Description:

Developing and applying computational tools for analyzing and predicting membrane protein structures.


  • Required qualifications include Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Chemistry/Physics/Biophysics and/or Mathematics.
  • Demonstrated experience in programming is essential, knowledge of python or C++ an advantage.
  • Candidates with a background in biochemistry and structural biology are particularly encouraged to apply.
  • The ability to learn how to use new software and quickly become expert in its use, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work semi-independently are required.
