Position Description: 

2-3 years postdoctoral research fellowship focused on the analysis of large amount of data – whole exome/genome sequencing, RNAseq, methylome profiling, metabolomics. The candidate will collaborate with post-doctoral fellows in molecular biology in analysis of molecular signature of benign and malignant thyroid lesions, genetic background of familial non-medullary thyroid cancer, and crosstalk between cancer signaling pathways and metabolism.

Qualifications:

The candidate should have a background and experience in genetics and molecular biology. PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics or related field is required.

The candidate should present with the following technical skills: Next generation sequencing library preparation for sequencing, DNA/RNA extraction from biospecimens, analysis of large scale genomic, transcriptomic, methylome, metabolomic data.
