Position Description:

We are seeking a scientist with high-level sequence analysis and computational expertise to help lead studies of virus persistence in vivo. Emphasis will be on HIV and emerging viruses, studied using advanced long-read and other sequencing approaches in samples from infected individuals.
 

Qualifications:

PhD is required. Candidates with training in Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Immunology/Microbiology, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
