About this event

The OITE orientation is mandatory for all postbac, predoc, and postdoc fellows starting fellowships at NIH. This includes any non-FTE appointed as an IRTA, CRTA, or Visiting Fellow. Fellows are not allowed to report to their assigned research group or start their NIH fellowship in any capacity before attending OITE orientation. Attendance will be collected during each of the OITE orientation sessions and provided to the fellows’ IC for confirmation of attendance.

How to attend

This session will be held completely online with no in-person option. This event will not be recorded. There is no registration for this event. Fellows required to attend OITE orientation will be sent a meeting invitation and session requirements to their personal email addresses no later than the Thursday before each orientation session.
