About this event
Applying to graduate school or professional school can be filled with excitement and hope for the next step in your career journey. However, for many, the application process can also be stressful and overwhelming as you face uncertainty, evaluation, competition, and dedicate a lot of time and effort to the process. This workshop will offer some strategies on how to cope with the application stress and overwhelm in healthy ways so that you can navigate this process with resilience.
