Thriving Thursday – Vision Board for My Future

Join us this Thriving Thursday for a hands-on experience! In this “Vision Board for My Future” session, you will learn to identify, clarify, prioritize, and take action to stay focused on your short-term and long-term goals through self-expression, self-care, value-based decision making, and joyful creations. This will be an interactive session with reflective prompts and we will focus on your 3-month and 1-year goals.

American Sign Language interpreting services, CART services, and other reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
