Discussion for Building Resilience - Workplace Dynamics

Speaker: Marin Rieger, OITE

About this event

We spend much of the day engaged in or thinking about our work. The environment in which we work and the relationships that we maintain play a major role in our productivity. Challenges that we may face in the workplace can include, managing up, effective communication, setting boundaries or developing healthy work goals. This resilience discussion offers a safe space to address these workplace dynamics and more!

Please join us for an online discussion with OITE Wellness Advisor, Marin Rieger.  The discussion group provides a welcoming and confidential space to explore positive and proactive ways to build resilience and self-care skills. Even if you can't join us for the entire hour, we encourage you to still attend.
