A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the Stem Cell Biology Group led by Dr. Guang Hu in the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
About the position
The Stem Cell Biology Group is currently investigating how the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex and the CCR4-NOT mRNA deadenylation complex regulate cell fate in pluripotent stem cells and early mouse development. In addition, we are also using genetic, genomic, and bioinformatics tools, such as genetic screens and single cell analysis, to identify and study novel regulators of cell pluripotency, totipotency, and germline specification.

Qualifications
Prospective applicants must have a doctoral level degree with less than five years of postdoctoral research experience. Training and experience in stem cell biology, developmental biology, and/or molecular biology is highly preferred. Competitive stipends are determined by education and years of experience.
