The Intramural Research Program at the National Institute on Drug Abuse in Baltimore, MD is seeking applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position within the Learning and Decision-making Section (PI Thorsten Kahnt). The position offers funding for up to five years, contingent on annual review.
About the position
The Fellow will plan, execute, and publish research on the brain mechanisms supporting model-based behavior. The lab uses a variety of methods, including fMRI, olfactory psychophysics, neuropharmacology, TMS, TUS, and computational modeling.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a PhD in neuroscience, psychology, behavioral biology, computer science, cognitive science, or a related discipline. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages (such as Matlab or Python) and statistical data analysis, along with experience in at least one of the following techniques: functional MRI, TMS, TUS, or olfactory psychophysics.
