Managing Mentor Relationships with Conflict and Feedback

• Being a trainee can be challenging when roles are unclear, feedback is ineffective, and conflict is either avoided or unavoidable. This workshop will explore the roles of trainees and PIs, strategies for advocating for your needs, giving and receiving feedback, and managing conflict.

GPP Information Session for Postbacs

• Interested in earning a PhD while conducting dissertation research at the NIH? The NIH Graduate Partnerships Program (GPP) enables students to complete research at the NIH while earning their degrees from a U.S. or international university.
  
  Attend the GPP Information Session to learn about graduate opportunities and ask questions of the GPP Director. Applications for Fall 2027 are open for most institutional programs. The session also offers an opportunity to connect with participating programs before applying.
