Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Trainee

This is a mandatory training for all postbacs,  (IRTAs, CRTAs, and Visiting Fellows) regarding your rights and responsibilities as a trainee.

The goal of this training is to provide you with information to ensure that you are safe while at the NIH, and  aware of the policies and resources to set yourself up for both personal and career success.

Special Volunteers, Research Fellows, and Clinical Fellows are not required but encouraged to attend. You should plan to attend in the first three months of your time at NIH.
