Lori Conlan is the Acting Director of the NIH Office of Intramural Training & Education. Lori is passionate about career, professional, and wellness/resilience development for biomedical trainees. As Acting Director she takes a comprehensive lens to policies and programs for all 6000 NIH intramural trainees, from summer interns, postbacs, grad students, postdocs, and fellows.
Lori started her career as a biochemist, receiving her B.S. in biochemistry from Michigan State University, her Ph.D. in biochemistry and biophysics from Texas A&M University, and completed a postdoc at the Wadsworth Center, NYS Department of Health.
