The goal of this series is to have open and honest dialogue focused on mental health and well-being to decrease stigma and explore new tools to support ourselves and others. The series is open to trainees, fellows and all NIH staff who wish to join this important conversation; the program is also open to people outside of the NIH intramural research program.
There are five sessions in the series. Each session includes a lecture followed by a facilitated small group discussion, allowing you to share your experiences and learn from peers.
