Event
A Drop-in group for managing overwhelm and distress during the holiday season
Speaker: Erica Shirley, OITE
About this event
The winter holidays are often associated with joy and festivity. However, for some, the holiday season can be overwhelming and stressful or lonely and sorrowful. These feelings can affect work and overall wellbeing. This two-part drop-in discussion group will focus on ways to manage and cope with challenges over the holiday season. The aim is to self-reflect, gain support from other trainees, and discuss self-care tools and skills.
The drop-in sessions will be on Monday 12/11 and 12/18 from 3PM to 4PM.
