Thriving Thursday – Dealing with Disappointment in Science

Science is filled with many starts and stops that involve unexpected results, failed experiments, changing projects, and disappointing setbacks. And yet, to move forward and progress we must find ways to persist. Join us this Thriving Thursday as we discuss ways to cope with the disappointments we experience in this field so that we can remain connected to our work and protect against burnout.
