Event
Thriving Thursday – Finding Freedom in our Fears
Speaker: Sara Hunter, OITE
About this event
Fear can be a debilitating emotion – one that paralyzes us, making it difficult to problem solve, make decisions, explore career opportunities, or demonstrate our true potential. It leads us to play it safe, people please, and avoid taking calculated risks at work, all of which comes at high internal and external costs over time. Join us this Thriving Thursday as we explore the ways fear plays out in our lives, how we can manage it as opposed to be flooded by it, and how we can begin use it as a source of information to better understand how to proceed in situations.
