The Berkshire Health Systems is now seeking a Primary Care Internal Medicine Physician to join their rapidly expanding team.
About the position
Berkshire Health Systems is the most prominent healthcare provider in western Massachusetts with three hospitals, numerous out-patient clinics, and about 5,000 employees. We are now rapidly expanding our network of outpatient clinics across Berkshire County and are indeed of primary care providers. All primary care sites are backed by specialists and resources from our hospitals, ensuring seamless patient care.
We are offering a competitive base salary of $299,000 with a sign-on bonus of $100,000, and an annual bonus opportunity of 6%. All new physicians start on a guaranteed base salary with no RVU requirements, allowing time for training and adjustment without pressure to meet patient volume targets. We also offer advanced practice provider and dedicated medical assistant support and a collaborative environment with strong specialist backup.
