The Molecular Imaging Branch at the National Institute of Mental Health in Bethesda, Maryland is now seeking applicants for a postdoctoral position to undertake the development of novel radiotracers for imaging human brain in neuropsychiatric disorders with positron emission tomography (PET).
About the position
Our lab investigates novel radiotracers for brain imaging with PET as well as radiochemistry methodology in support of the novel radiotracer development. Prospective applicants should have interest in developing skills in radiochemistry with short-lived position-emitters (i.e., 11C and 18F), organic/medicinal chemistry, radioanalytical methods, and/or in radiotracer design and evaluation.

Qualifications
Prospective applicants should obtained their Ph.D. degree in organic/medicinal chemistry, or a closely related subject, within the last 5 years.
