Researchers in the Hussman School of Journalism and Media, School of Medicine, and Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center at UNC-Chapel Hill are seeking a postdoctoral fellow to join our vibrant research team in advancing health communication and tobacco regulatory science.
About the position
This prospective postdoctoral fellow will support a project led by Drs. Seth Noar and Sarah Kowitt focused on understanding effective video advertisements for e-cigarette and vaping prevention among youth and young adults.
This postdoc will work on conducting studies related to message testing, assist with design and implementation of a randomized clinical trial, analyze data, and performing other research related activities. As such, this postdoc will lead and contribute to project-related presentations and manuscripts for peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
The position also includes time for the postdoctoral fellow to develop and explore their own research questions regarding health communication and tobacco regulatory science.
